Health Education and Empowerment Initiative Canada Inc (HEDEN Canada) is a nonprofit organization established on October 10, 2025. We are committed to improving health, wellbeing, and social outcomes for vulnerable individuals in hard-to-reach communities across Canada through community-led, evidence-based initiatives.

Haven Youth Outreach

Haven Youth Outreach is an outreach program supporting youth aged 16–19 who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. We provide direct outreach, guidance, referrals, and connections to housing and essential community resources, helping young people move toward safety, stability, and independence.

Project Ponder Health

Project Ponder Health is a 1-hour, community-led, library-based public health enlightenment program that uses talks, demonstrations, interactive discussions, and activities to promote health awareness and empowerment
